During your 2nd Visit. If additional procedures, such as bone graft, will be indicated – your dentist will discuss them with you.
Upon your acceptance of the treatment plan and quote, you will be asked to sign the consent forms which were provided to you previously and pay the $900 to proceed with manufacturing of the surgical guide to assist with the implant placement. Your appointment for the implant placement will be booked in 2 week and sedation options will be discussed.

What are dental implants?
